The 4th Bi-Annual VCU International Student FIlm Festival seeks to promote innovative student filmmaking around the world. Having no entry fee recognizes the limited funds from which fine films are often produced. We are looking for fertile ideas with astute and resourceful production. We want to see reality and capacity, whether comedic, formalistic, provocative, or conventional. We celebrate the experimental, but also a good story.
The VCU International Student Film Festival will coincide with the Grace Street Festival, occuring on October 14th from 10:00-5:00 in the 900 block of W. Grace Street between Shafer and Harrison Streets. The festival is promoted by the VCU School of World Studies and is hosted by the Grace Street Theatre, located at 934 W. Grace Street.
